Case
Management
A unique, enhanced, community based service providing much needed assistance for at-risk youth aged 16-24. Case management links youth to other community agencies that will assist with their personal goals.
​Our Case Management team works alongside youth in a mentorship role to assist them in their journey. We place a large focus on youth voice and develop Case Management support around the needs and desires of the youth.
Case Management assists youth with:

Accessing income supports
-
Navigating community housing supports
-
Securing employment
-
Connecting to educational programs
-
Safety plans for unstable or crisis situations

Securing ID's, SIN cards, and opening bank accounts
-
Managing their mental health challenges

Not all services are rendered at the Teen Resource Centre. Youth may be referred to external services to receive the supports cited above.

OASIS
Services for youth who are unhoused, living in unsafe situations, underemployed, or otherwise in need.
​
Available services include:

A private washroom and shower
-
Laundry services
-
Snacks and pantry items
-
Clothing
-
Personal hygiene supplies
​
Staff meet with vulnerable youth, support them where they can, and refer to other services in the community as needed.
